Terms of Service

This service is owned and operated by STCLab ("STCLab"). The following Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and STCLab.
These Terms govern the conditions of the service and its related provisions. If you do not agree to the Terms or do not have the authority to do so, do not use or participate in any feature we provide through the service. If you agree to these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.

1. Changes to the Terms

STCLab may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the service. By accessing the service, you agree to the most recent version of these Terms. The current Terms are posted on the service, so please check the service regularly.

2. Privacy Policy

All personal information you provide to STCLab is governed by the STCLab Privacy Policy.

3. Third-Party Technologies

The service may contain links to third-party websites or technologies ("Third-Party Technologies"). STCLab does not endorse or take responsibility for such Third-Party Technologies. STCLab is not responsible for the operation or functionality of such Third-Party Technologies. You assume full responsibility for your use of Third-Party Technologies. We may also provide software subject to open source licenses. Where an applicable open source license contains terms that expressly conflict with this provision, the terms of the relevant open source license shall prevail.

4. User Accounts

When registering for the service, you agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information in accordance with the registration form. You also agree to maintain and promptly update your registration data so that the information you registered remains accurate, current, truthful, and complete. You agree not to create an account using a false identity or information. You may not create an account or use the service if your account has previously been terminated or suspended by STCLab.

You must protect the login and password you use to access the service. You agree not to share your login and password with any third party, including not sharing your login information with two or more users. Whether or not authorized by you, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify STCLab immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Discontinuation and Suspension of the Service

STCLab may modify or discontinue the service, including any part of it, as it updates the service and adds more features. STCLab may discontinue, suspend, or change the service at any time without prior notice.

6. Updates

You understand that the service must change over time. STCLab may update the service whether or not you approve. You may from time to time need to update third-party software in order to use the service.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not copy, modify, host, republish, or sell the service. You may not use the service in a manner that infringes, dilutes, misappropriates, or violates the intellectual property or proprietary rights of others. You are solely responsible for the content you post or make available through the service. You may not store, display, distribute, or otherwise transmit content that is defamatory, slanderous, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, fraudulent, pornographic, obscene, or harmful to minors.

In addition to the foregoing prohibitions, you may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law (including but not limited to data, privacy, consumer protection, and export control laws).

8. Use of the Service

Although information describing the service is available worldwide, this does not mean that the service or specific parts of the service are available for use in your country. We may restrict access to parts of the service in certain countries. It is your responsibility to verify that your use of the service is lawful in the country where you reside. The service is not provided in some languages.

9. Ownership of Data

Use of the service depends on certain data you provide (the "Data"). You retain all rights and ownership to the Data. STCLab does not claim any ownership of your Data. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any party-specific data processed through the service does not violate applicable laws. STCLab is not liable for any issues arising from your use of the service (including the transmission of your Data).

10. Commercial Services

Information regarding future service products and features provided by STCLab is intended to describe the general product direction and should not be relied upon in making a purchasing decision. Any information shared with you regarding future service products is not a commitment or legal obligation to deliver code, features, or materials. The development, release, and timing of any future characteristics or features of the products made available to you are at STCLab's sole discretion and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

11. Technical Support

STCLab provides technical support resources to users of commercial services based on the specific service you have purchased. For technical support and additional services, a support@surffy.io account is added by default to all commercial services.

12. Free Trials and Other Promotions

Any free trial or other promotion for a commercial service provided by STCLab must be used within the specified period. When the period of a free trial or other promotion ends, the use of the applicable commercial service expires, and further use of that commercial service is prohibited unless you convert to a paid subscription and pay the applicable subscription fee.

13. No Warranty

You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk and that the responsibility for satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy, and effort rests entirely with you. STCLab and its officers and employees do not warrant that the service or any of its features will be accurate, error-free, or uninterrupted, that all defects will be corrected, or that you will obtain any particular results from using the service.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that the service is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranty of any kind, and STCLab disclaims all warranties and conditions, whether express, implied, or statutory, with respect to the service, including but not limited to implied warranties and/or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement of third-party rights.

STCLab makes no warranty as to the non-infringement of intellectual property rights by the service or the merchantability of the service.

14. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless STCLab and STCLab's officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors, employees, agents, contractors, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any demands, losses, liabilities, claims, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms and/or your use of the service.

15. Compliance with Laws

You represent that, in agreeing to and performing these Terms, you are not currently violating and will not violate any governmental law, rule, regulation, or order applicable to your use of the service.

16. Governing Law

This agreement shall be interpreted and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the Seoul Central District Court, and both parties expressly consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of that court. Matters not stipulated in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by relevant statutes such as the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. STCLab may establish separate service operation policies where necessary in connection with the operation of the service.
